i have been making photo cake, but i can't meet the smoothness as the one in commercial bakeries..

I wonder where and what will I buy to smoothen my Photo paper after applying it on the cake...the tip of the baker was to put sugar syrup so that it wont produce air bubble or it would help flatten the edible paper. ...but i cant find it anywhere nether do I have idea what is it...I only found Liquid Glucose in the store,,,\\

can anyone help me with this?

thanks a million..

Google sugar syrup recipe! Really easy to make and if you look in forum under the category (can you keep a secret) and someone stated how to make it. Hope this helps
