Can U Freeze Mmf Cakes? And How Do U Make Chocolate Mmf?

Hey, just wondered if you could freeze a cake that is partially covered in MMF and buttercream. I know you can freeze buttercream but wasn't sure about the MMF. And how do you make CHOCOLATE MMF?????

I can't help you on the freezing question, but I'm sure someone will come along who knows.

Kraft makes a chocolate swirl marshmallow that makes a chocolate MMF to die for! It tastes and smells like tootsie rolls.
Just follow the regular recipe for Easy MMF using those marshmallows. It comes out a grey-brown color because of the swirl, but you can add brown coloring if you need to.
The mushroom cake in my photos is made with it using the "natural" color of the MM's, and swirling it with white fondant.
