Promoting Your Website With A Facebook Badge

Hey Guys,
I have been trying all evening to add a FB badge to my website and can nor seem to get it right....I copy and pasted the link to my website but for some reason it is not working...it is displaying all the words in the link but not the actual picture......any help would be appreciated..
