I want to make the White Chocolate Sour Cream Cake however I cannot get white chocolate pudding mix in Australia.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to substitute the pudding mix or is it just not to be icon_sad.gif

Rebecca Sutterby's WASC has a white chocolate variation:
(Uses white chocolate not white chocolate pudding mix.)
