Hello!
I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but for me - I use the standard WASC recipe and substitute coconut flavored liquid coffee creamer for the 1 2/3rds cup of the liquid. I leave 1 cup as water (makes the cake mushy if I don't. Can't tell you why
)
Also, I use Lorann's coconut emulsion to replace all of the flavoring. I only need a tablespoon, possibly less, though. It's pretty strong stuff! I use it to flavor the buttercream, too and some more coffee creamer for the liquid. My whole family adores it.
This is one that I have been using and it is so good and it is easy.
1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
4 egg whites
1 small pkg. White chocolate instant pudding mix
1 cup coconut milk ( comes in a can in the oriental section of the store)
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 to 2 tsp. Coconut flavoring
Mix all together and beat for about 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees
