I am making a birthday for my dad. I wanted to do a gourmet flavor....what cake and flavors would you use for someone who likes coffee and khalua flavors?
You could make a coffee/chocolate cake with Kahlua buttercream...sounds tasty to me.

TIRAMISU! Holy smokes, I made a giant cake last year for my work's Christmas party. It was awesome. Everyone kept raving about how good it was, but I got the evil eye from some people as I was accused of making it too boozy. Hey, it's Christmas!
