Bettercreme Question

Hey everyone, i realize there is already a betterceme thread but i don't have the time to read through all the pages icon_biggrin.gif

We will be opening up a cupcake shop in the near future so right now i'm working on perfecting all of my recipes and flavors. I want to try bettercreme because of all the great ideas on the other thread. However, where i live i can ONLY buy the big buckets of prewhipped at sams club. Can i still mix in flavorings with it? I don't want to spend money on a huge bucket and not be able to use it.

I hope I can help you. Yes, you can mix flavors in to the pre whipped. If you look under recipes forum, there's a sticky with all recipes, including the suggestions by Melvira regarding bettercreme. HTH
