Hi Everyone,

I have an order for a cake and they are requesting a ligth buttercream since many of the family members are diabetic. Does anybody have or know of a recipe?

advice in the uk to diabetics is just to have a smaller piece of cake. apparently controlling diabetes isnt just about sugar, its about carbs now too, which will be in cake too.
