My good friend is an optometrist and my son sees an opthamologist in her practice, so I thought it would be fun to surprise her with a cake or cupcakes at her office. The obvious idea would be an eyeball, which is a little creepy to me. A regular cupcake bouquet is also something I'm considering.
Anything other ideas?

The eyeball does sound creepy for this. An eyechart arrangement of cupcakes? Or simple fondant eyeglasses on each cupcake? Or a cake with an animal/person figurine wearing glasses looking at an eyechart?
