How do I fix a water mark on fondant? Obviously, it would help if I didn't get water on the fondant but occasionally a drop will accidently fall on the fondant and I can never get the water mark off and if I don't catch it in time, it seems to make a 'hole' in the fondant. Anyway to fix this when it happens or is it something that I'll have to deal with and try to cover up? Thanks! Michele

If you catch it when it's wet, dab it liberally with cornstarch right away and it will usually go away without leaving a mark.
