Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any cake decorating classes taking place during the month of November or early Dec. I live on the East coast of Canada and can travel anywhere in North America (only limiting it to that due to travel times).

I have basic butter cream and fondant skills and would like to learn more about making flowers (butter cream, royal and fondant) as well as fondant figures and using stencils. I've done all of this but need to improve my skills

My gallery is pretty representative of my skill level

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

After spending some time figuring out dates and classes I called and spoke to a someone at Bonnie Gordon's - turns out the one week course I wanted is not going to be offered - they are going to stop offering one week courses and instead only offer 6 week courses or weekend classes

so right when I found something it's not going to happen

I also checked McCall's and most seem like one day sessions on days that are spread apart so I can't make that work either...
