I think the white chocolate would be delicious with the carrot cake balls, and would definitely offer a more unique flavour. Hope that helps!

White Chocolate gets my vote! I made some with cream cheese icing and dipped in wchoc and they were really good.

tmgarcia_98, you have the perfect combination. Made me look at the empty tiny box that I have right in front of my keyboard. Handmade carrot cake from Pret. Too bad it's late and they're closed. I could have another piece right now.
