Whipped Icing Help

I have a customer wanting whipped icing...since I am new to all of this I have only done buttercream. She wants the icing to be Perriwinkle...does anyone know of a recipe for whipped icing that I can add the blue and purple to?????????

there are many whipped recipes and differ greatly on the ingredientes. Does she mean whipped cream?

I got her to agree to buttercream...as I whip mine good and it is a little lighter!! THANKS!!!!
