I really want to have a good, moist vanilla cake recipe(homemade) whereas I can also stack for wedding cakes. Any one have one or know one through cake central.

ALso same for Chocolate cake too! Thanks a bunch!!

I swore by scratch cakes until I tried the WASC and Macs Mom's chocolate version. They taste awesomeicon_smile.gif

Check Toba Garrett's High Yield Yellow Cake and her Chocolate Fudge Cake recipes. They're both in her book,Professional Cake Decorating.
