I just had to post among someone who may care (my family gets sick of me talking cake I think)

Today was the New Mexico State Fair Cake Decorating Contest - I entered a birthday (Sweet 16) cake in the Special Occasion category, and a Native American theme wedding cake for the Wedding Cake category. Both took first place in their respective categirues, plus my wedding cake won Best in Show! I am so excited I can hardly stand it!

Finally time to sleep after a long week - will upload pictures soon icon_smile.gif

Congratulations! Can't wait to see the pics! I've always been to chicken to enter any kind of contest...guess I'm afraid I'll find out that I don't really have any talent and then I would quit playing with sugar, which I LOVE...
