Does anyone know where i can find cupcake liners or paper like this? I cant find it anywhere!

It looks to me like regular paper, turned into a cupcake wrapper with the eyes drawn on.

That is what I was going to say. You could even print them up on the cumputer, cut, glue, and you have a wrapper.
