I am making a Baby shower cake for my niece to feed 30. I have a 12x18x2 pan & am using a 6x2 round to make it look right should I make the sheet cake 2 layers tall, and use the 6x2 as is.

The 12x18x2 will feed 54 people alone. If you double it up it will feed 108. The 6" single layer will feed 7.
I would stick with a single layer of each.
