I'm not sure I should post this here...
But I wanted to say hi and I'm glad I stumbled on this little piece of internet heaven! 
I've been dabbling in Pastry Arts for quite some time...and I attended Johnson & Wales in North Miami Beach and majored in Baking & Pastry Arts!!!
