Hi everyone,

So why is it when I used BC, after a couple of hours I get a slight sage on the sides? Thick or thin BC, it does it. What do I do to make it stop?

Thanks!

Are you talking about the bulge between the cake layers? I make a dam of thicker frosting to prevent this bulge. Here's a post to show you what I'm talking about. http://www.thatreallyfrostsme.com/2010/06/dam-filling-full-speed-ahead.html
Hope that helps.

you have to let the cake settle overnight as well. then remove the excess icing the next day.
