I have seen how to do the candy melt cupcake holder for the Large Wilton cupcakes but do you think it is possible to make a regular size cupcake holder out of candy melts by pouring them in the paper cupcake holders and then removing the paper? Would I need to spray the paper so it will peel from the paper? Will the paper hold the chocolate???

I would be concerned that the paper would not hold the chocolate. Perhaps the silicone cupcake cups would work better.

I've actually done this. I melted the candy melts and brushed the melted chocolate (thickly) on the inside of the cupcake liner after I spread it open slightly to allow room for the cupcake. When the chocolate was all dry, I peeled off the paper liner and, viola! Good luck!
