I bought some flower paste from my local cake shop but it was a little on the dry side so I added a little bit of water and began making my roses but the paste seems to be very rubbery and tough. When I went around the edges of the rose petals with the ball tool it didnt really keep shape. It this because its old or just not a very good quality?
