Due to popular request I had the decorator next to me video me making a wildflower cake. It's in two parts because the boss had to talk with everyone after I started but it should give ya'll an idea.

Some day when it's slow I'll have her video a better one, with closeups on technique.
Awesome! I appreciate your answering my pm's and the link for the videos. Can't wait to see more of your work.
I'm one of those that's been begging! Thanks for sharing your skill.
Thanks for the videos. I wish it was as easy as you make it look ![]()
I was just referred to your avatar name after Susie53 posted a pic of one of your cakes and I begged for the information on how to do those flowers.
If you lived within 200 miles of my home, I would come watch you! Thank you so much for those two videos, it gives me hope. Is there any possible way you can do a more detailed video and more slowly show exactly how you pipe each flower (like on a cookie sheet instead of a cake where you can show step 1, step 2, step 3 and so on)? Also, which tip(s) are you using? Please, please, please??? (picture a quivering lower lip on a grown woman)
I know you work hard for a living, but think of it as giving a whole bunch of us a fabulous Christmas present!
Adria_NyxxTX.....I love your cakes....and have several in my favorites! I also wish we could view videos here on cake central like on you tube!!!! Are you using a large rose tip for some of the flowers? The largest rose tip I have is a #127....not that I use it that often...lol
You make it look so easy! Thank you for sharing!
