Nice White Chocolate Ganache

I love dipping the tops of my cupcakes in a thin chocolate ganache because it looks so nice when it's set. I would like to do the same with a white ganache, but can't find a recipe that is thin enough when it's warm.
What is your favorite, manageable white ganache recipe. Thanks

I've been gently melting down my buttercream and dipping my cupcakes in that....haven't tried it with just vanilla buttercream tho.

Nestle white chocolate chips melted with heavy cream works well, it was pretty thin.

White chocolate will be thinner, so you need to use a 3 to 1 ratio, then you will be OK icon_lol.gifthumbs_up.gif
