How Much Should I Charge?

I need to price the Gordon cake in my photos for tomarrow's pick-up. I used three 6" rounds and an 8" square to make the whole thing... have no idea how many it would serve. My guess is about 24. It's on a 13"x19" board to give a good idea of the length.

I would have priced that at $4/serving. $75 at the low end.

$40 is not near enough. I agree that $75 is minimum.
