Interested in finding a good recipe that is flavorful and moist, yet I am going to make a topsy turvey (lopsided) cake and need something I can confidently carve. Any help appreciated!

If you use a mix, add one egg, half a cup of sugar and one cup of all purpose flour (all extra on top of box directions) to it...works great for the times when you need a little extra body for the job.
