Dreaded Pricing Question. Carved Cake

I know you all hate these kind of questions but I just want to see if you think I am on base with the pricing.

I have a customer who wants this cake.

The cupcakes will be $2 each with maybe .25 extra for the fondant decorations. The top dinosaur is the?? I was thinking $50 but I am thinking this maybe to low.

I live in the central Florida are if that helps at all.

How many people will the cake serve? I would use that as your base pricing like you are doing with the cupcakes and add extra for the carving.
