Anybody know what kind of vegetable gum is in the "Magic Gum" sold by Sunflower Sugar Art? I've sent them an email, but haven't gotten a response, and can't find anything through a search.
The recipe Sunflower provides doesn't use egg whites, doesn't need refrigeration, and can be used immediately. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm hoping it works as well as Nick Lodge's recipe.
