Hi ALl,
I baked a cake on saturday,iced and covered with fondnt last night.I have left it at the counter in a cake box.How long can it be left in a air conditioned room
like this?

When do you plan on eating it?
The cake is already 3 days old. Personally I'd eat it soon, but then again I don't like cake past the 4th or 5th day.
As long as you don't have a filling in it that needed to be kept in the fridge the cake is still fine.
