I've never really used modelling chocolate and fondant to make sugar flowers I always use flower paste (gum paste) or modelling choc on its own. Are you keeping the lilies white or going for a chocolate colour? I would stick to just using the modelling chocolate and leaving out the fondant so that it holds up to shaping. HTH ![]()

Hi if u go to youtube you will find an tutorial on how to make calla lily by Edna. It shows how to make a calla lily till the painting/dusting. Very helpful video.
