Hi, congrats to you. When I got mines and read through the instructional book that came with it, inside there are instructions on tighting the instruments of the mixer when this prob occurs. Read through the booklet and it will direct you on what to do. Sorry, I've had mines for 2 yrs now and don't remember exactly what it said to do but its in the booklet. HTH
