I have a cake this weekend and they requested raspberry filling. I've tried multiple recipes for it, but to be honest I wasn't fond of any of them. I'd like to find a fruit filling (the more gel like consistency), but I'd be open to another suggestion. I think the main problem I had in the past was I accidentally got the recipe off a diabetes cooking website so it was really bitter tehehe. I hope someone out there can help me with a great recipe
This is my go to fruit filling recipe. It states raspberry, but i use it for all fruits. Oh and for the raspberry i don't strain it and it's just as good.
Thank you for your great ideas !!! I decided to try an emeril recipe that I found on CC and am hoping it goes good I will definitely have to try all three of these posted though-they all sound amazing.
