Does anyone have any suggestions how to colour a cookie monster cake? I want to use buttercream icing so I can get the texture of cookie monster, but i find that everybody's mouth gets dyed blue from the colouring!! Does anybody have any tips?? Fondant just won't look right!

Well, I find that if you get a good blue food coloring, and use just enough to get the color, it doesn't stain.
