just a question if i have a MMF made with shorting and one made with water and have extras can i mix the two ? or would that be a prob.
I would think they will be fine. I make mine with water, then add a bit of shortening if I get it too dry.
I add 2 tbsps water to the marshmallows when I melt them and then add shortening (1/3 c.) once they are melted and I am mixing them in the mixer bowl. It works just fine.
