I made a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and fondant (with CMC) lilies to go on top...can I place the flowers on the cake and keep them in the fridge, or will they soften??
I would place flowers just before delivery/serving. They will probably soften, or place a piece of waxed paper under them so that the icing doesn't soften them.
