I want to use macadamia nuts in a cake recipe and all I can find are salted ones. I was thinking of washing them and drying them in the oven.Does anyone know if this will get the salt off or will my next post be in the cake disaster section?
I do not see how you could do that much damage -how bad could it be? Sounds like a plan - I would try it.
Thanks for the banana sugestion but I really hate banana in my cake.
