So I make a chocolate zucchini bread, how do you think a chocolate zucchini cupcake with creamcheese frosting be?? I just wonder how the consistency of the zucchini would affect the cupcake.

If you look up "i am baker blog + zucchini cupcakes" she just made some, they weren't chocolate but her recipe is on there.

I think I will try it but I don't think I'll let my kids know there is zucchini in them till AFTER they have eaten them!!
