Hello 12X Powdered Sugar...where Have You Been All My Life?

A couple of weeks ago I went to a new cake supply store and discovered 12X powdered sugar. I instantly snatched up two 5 lb bags to give them a whirl and took them home. Can I just say that I think I'm in love with this stuff?? 
The difference it makes with my high ratio shortening is hands down amazing. Sorry Domino. You have lost my business forever!
Wow, that sounds great, does it have a brand name? I haven't seen this anywhere
It was in huge plastic bags with twist ties. No brand on them. I wish I knew...because it is an 1.5 drive for me to replenish my supply! If I find out I'll PM you
Where did you buy this? Do you know if it's cane sugar?
No I did not need to sift it. I bought it at Cake Craft Co. in Columbus OH. I am unsure if it's cane sugar. I will call them tomorrow (they closed for the day already), and ask some more questions about it! Stay tuned........
