Can someone give some advice on making a sheet cake for approx 150 people for a wedding..pricing, tips, type of pan(s), anything you might have? Also, if someone is in the metro Atlanta area and is a great decorator, please give me that information as well (I hope that request is ok per forum rules). I've been asked to make a serving cake for a wedding and I'm excited but apprehensive.
The Wilton 12x18 pan serves 100 when it is double layered. The 11x15 Wilton cake pan serves 60 as a double layer.
Don't know much about bakeries in Atlanta though so I can't help you with that one.
