I am wanting to do a beer themed cake with ice, so I bought the isomalt, but there are no directions on how to use it. I looked online and can't find the directions. And what kind of mold do I put it in to make the ice look real? I'd also like to try to make the sugar bottles and I know there is a tutorial on here somewhere, but I couldn't find it yesterday. Can someone point me in the right direction? TIA!

Hi, look on here in ther articles section in "Sugar Work" option. Its at the bottom of the menu list on the righthand side of the page. It takes you right to the Sugar Beer Bottle article. Good Luck
