I can tell you who NOT to order from. petalcrafts.com. I placed an order for some daisy cutters and instead of what I ordered they sent some cheap rusty metal cutters. I sent them back with pictures from the site showing the items I order and they refused to take them back and wouldn't refund my money. I ended up losing nearly $40 and buying them at my local cake supply shop.
thanks everyone!! I am just buying for me, so I don't want to bulk buy, just want to find a place that I can trust!! I have been on globalsugararts.com, they seem like they have a lot but some thing you have to buy in bulk!! Any other place that you don't have to bulk buy.
I like GSA as well. I even sent them an email this weekend asking about a certain product and they replied that day. I've never had that happen with any other online business. Their customer service is awesome. Their prices are for the most part very competitive. OK, I'm going to stop now because it's starting to sound like I'm some GSA obsessed person... 
I ordered from global sugar art at 3:00 one day and had the order at my door the next day! I was completely surprised because I didn't order it rush delivery. I do live in the same state they are located, so that may be why. Still once it leaves there place they are at the mercy of the shipping company. I am probably more surprised that UPS worked that fast.
I will definitely order from them again.

If you're fortunate enough to have a business license, the prices from the business catalog are @ 40% cheaper than their retail catalog.If you order in bulk, the prices are even cheaper!!
There's nearly NO difference between the retail and the business catalog, except the prices!! I think there is a minimum of $125.00 order for their business catalog.
I really like Oasis Supply. I get what I order pretty quickly and any errors in the order they are quick to fix. I have heard great things about countrykitchen though, too.
