ok so my friend has asked me to make a fireman themed cookie bouquet for her sons birthday! i'm super excited about trying it...........but i've never made one before!!! any tips? as far as the stick size, or anything else i possibly couldn't think of! i think i might get nervous icon_surprised.gificon_eek.gif thanks so much for the help

I have 2 sizes, either 1/4 inch thick cookies using lollipop sticks or 1/2 inch cookie using cookie sticks.

Roll your dough slightly thicker than usual to accomodate the stick (if you're baking with the stick inside the cookie).
Shiny came up with the great idea of attaching sticks to the bags and then inserting the cookie into the bag.

I put the cookie in the bag and then tape my stick to the outside of the bag with clear packing tape. Got that idea from someone else here on CC and it works the best for me. Plus I don't have to put those stupid sticks into the cookies before they bake (gives more room on the cookies sheet).
