Painting On Fondant Question

Hi, I was going to paint details on fondant butterflies and was wondering if it would be better to use airbrush color or regular gel color?

I use gel color mixed with vidka all the time. It works great.

I did a book where I painted the cover with gel colors. Thinking back on it, I don't event think i mixed the gel color with vodka, I used a couple of drops of water....

That's true, it will work without the vodka. The vodka just helps it dry faster.
