hey! i was asked to make two wedding cakes and its my first time...one cake is gonna be three tiers for 300 people and the other one is a three tiered cake for 500 people...i'm not sure what sizes i should make each tier and how many extra sheet cakes to make to be enough for each wedding...PLEASE HELP ME!!
