easy!
think of it as TWO 4" tiers tall -- the tiers are just the same size that's all. (well unless your doing the Harry Potter bus as it squeeze between!)
so bake two rectangular or square sheets and split in half LENGTH wise and stack them up to get two 4" tiers (don't forget proper internal support)
could go even higher if you want and make it 3 - 4" tiers. All depends upon how big the cake needs to be.
