Isomalt Crystals...how Do I Use Them?

Can anyone give me a site or information on how to use Isomalt crystals...ordered some, but now I am not sure how to use them...HELP please!

I've used it to make sugar ice and sugar decorations. I just melted it like I would sugar.

I use isomalt for my sugar ice cubes and I add only enough water to make it look like wet sand. you can also check out this link for some really great tips from Dominick. hth

You can use them to make lots of different sugar decorations! I use mine to make sugar diamonds & gems~
