I also live in MA and it certainly has been very hot & humid this summer making it difficult to use frosting. I'm going to give Indy's frosting a try and see how it does in MA.

I love IndyDebi's buttercream as well, and that is all I use on my cakes now. For cupcakes, however, I like to use the Doctored Buttercream Dream. It doesn't seem to crust as much, which I prefer.
