Hey all I am a newbie here....This is a wonderful site; thanks to everyone!
I have been reading so much about the WASC recipe which seems to have great reviews and lots of versatility of flavor combinations it sounds awesome! However, I am looking to make a bundt cake and wondering if this recipe will work. I am not looking for a dense pound cake style I really would like a slightly lighter and fluffier moist cake. Has anyone tried this as a bundt cake? If not what are your opinions on using for a bundt cake? Some of the reviews have said that the cake does not really rise that much which makes me think it may not yield a fluffy like cake that I am looking for. Thoughts and opinions anyone???
