First time making a surfboard cake so I was wondering what kinds/sized pans you have used for your cakes...do you just freehand the cut or actually use a stencil?? Any help would so be appreciated
Welcome to CC! I don't know the answer, but I do know it would help if you posted the size of cake you need.
up to you whether you prefer to eyeball it or want to use a stencil. id stencil i think!
maybe start with an oval if you have the pans, or a round.

This one says used a 9x13 and a square. Take a look around here on CC. There's probably others like this one that will say how they did it. Find one that you like and PM the person. CCer's are always helpful.
