Platform High Heel Shoe???

Has anyone ever made or have a template for making a mini size platform heel? I have the JEM high heel shoe maker, but it's a regular heel--not a platform. TIA

Couldn't you maybe reduce the template on a copy machine? Then just fill in the heal instead of the stilletto?
