My sister is getting married in three months and her cake will be Tiffany blue. I have no idea how to get that color. Her wedding shower is in two weeks and I'm making cupcakes and I would really like to tiffany blue buttercream. Does anyone know how I can get that color?

I use Wilton Teal. My boss uses sky blue with a touch of leaf green.
